Process ICT Lead the Way with New CMMI Training Course

Process ICT have worked alongside the CMMI Institute to develop a new 3 day CMMI training course – Introduction to CMMI for Development and Services combined.

After many years delivering training and appraisal services to companies across the world UK based company, Process ICT, have decided to develop a new course to link the CMMI For Development and CMMI for Services models together with a view to improve the redevelopment process by reducing costs, increasing communication between development and service delivery, improving data analysis and forecasting as well as realising clients’ needs to a higher level amongst other areas.

Director of Process ICT, Keith Bray, explains ‘By learning how to bridge the gap between development and delivery, businesses will be able to create more efficient product and service development and delivery’.

The CMMI accredited three day course covers the fundamentals of both models and will help developers, managers and service operators alike implement process improvement techniques to improve the efficiency of their products and services.

Process ICT will be running the first CMMI for Development with Services Supplement course in December 2013 and will also be delivering further courses throughout 2014. If you would like to attend one of their courses, visit training course pages for booking information.
